Tripilio provides software solutions to Accommodation Providers (hotels, hostels, resorts, serviced apartments or any other similiar business) as part of the service. Our service enables accommodation providers host their booking website, maximize their online visibility and simplify rate management to boost direct bookings.

What personal data does Tripilio collect and why?
The personal data that we may collect about you broadly falls into the following categories:
Personal data that you provide voluntarily
Certain parts of our website i.e. tripilio.com together with the other websites hosted for our customers (Accommodation Providers), may ask you to provide personal data voluntarily: for example, we may ask you to provide your contact details in order to register an account with us, to subscribe to marketing communications from us, and/or to submit enquiries to us or to set up membership with us. From our customers booking website, we may ask you to provide your name, email, telephone, address and credit card information to facilitate room/rental booking and setup automatic induction to brand annual membership program. To be noted that we securely transfer the control to third party for any payment processing and do not store any card information with us, except transaction number for the reference. In limited circumstances, we may collect your health data, which are considered special categories of data under GDPR. For example, you may provide us with details of a disability so that we can transfer the detail to accomodation provider to do the needful. The personal data that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide it.
